Terms and Conditions EVO33 — Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and EVO33 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). Your EVO33 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to it.

You must take the following steps to ensure the security of your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify evo33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your registered email address and phone number are always up to date and accessible.

EVO33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

EVO33 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and Visa/Mastercard cards. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawal Conditions:
